Add tax relevant company information that doesn't change from year to year
This page is divided into two sections:
Company Information:
- Provide the name of your business. If there is another name on your tax documents, check the box and enter this name below.
- Enter your Federal Tax ID as it appears on your tax documents.
- Note: this number may also be identified as your 'EIN' and can be found in the upper right on tax returns.
- Select your primary State of Operation and Entity Type.
- Note: If your business operates across multiple states you will be able to add these later when adding expenses for individual study years.
- Select your company's Industry and Entity type
- Provide a brief description of your company's activities
CPA Information:
- Enter the name of the firm that your business uses to file your taxes.
- Enter the name of the specific accountant that handles your business.
- Provide their contact information including phone number and email.
- check the box confirming Clarus may contact this accountant directly.
- Click Save to save your work.
