If your study year is either 2020 or 2021, the ERTC section will be added to the Business Update page asking for specifics on if/how your company utilized the Employee Retention Tax credit for the study year.
1. Type 'yes' or 'no' as the answer to whether or not your business elected to claim the ERTC at any point during the study year
2. If you answered 'yes', also include which fiscal quarters you are claiming for.
Make sure this information is accurate as it will be referenced later when calculating your credit.
