The final step is to mark the study as Complete and Lock it to prevent any unauthorized edits in the future.
Completing the study will remove it from the list of active studies on the Control Panel. Locking the study will prevent further edits by both clients and service providers until the study is unlocked by service provider.
To complete and lock your study:
- Navigate to the Documents Page
- Under the final reports section, check the boxes next to Mark study as complete and Lock Study.
Alternatively
- From the Control panel, click the ellipsis [...] next to your study.
- From the menu select Edit Study
- On the Edit Study modal check the boxes next to Lock Study and Mark as Complete
