How to sign into the R&D application as well as troubleshooting steps in case you're having issues.
To sign up for the first time:
- You should receive an invitation email with an activation link.
- Follow the link in the email, this will prompt you to setup a new password.
- Once setup is complete you will be re-directed to the R&D application.
- Going forward, you will enter the URL provided in the invitation email and use the username/password you just setup.
Having issues getting access, try these steps:
- If you cannot find your invitation email, check your spam/junk folders. The email will come from: Clarus Security <noreply@clarus-identity.trinet.com>
- If you think you have signed up previously, you can try to reset your password from the login page:
- Click 'Need help signing in?' text at the bottom to see more help options.
- Click 'Forgot Password?'
- Enter your Email or Username to receive a password reset email with further instructions.
- If you still cannot login, email your R&D Study service provider and/or support@clarusrd.com describing your issue.
