Uploading Expenses in Bulk
Use an Excel template to upload all R&D expenses.
- On the Expenses page, scroll down to the Import Expenses section.
- Click Download to Excel.
- Open the Excel download from your browser or from your computer’s downloads folder. Remember to enable editing on the Excel template.
- Fill in expense details on Payroll, Contracting, and Supplies tabs on the Excel template. Remember to allocate your expenses by state and project.
- Save the template once all expenses have been added. The updated template must not be renamed or the file will fail when uploaded to the platform.
- Return to the platform and select Upload Your Excel File.
- From the file explorer, select the updated expense Excel template. You will see the selected file listed under Here's What You Got.
- Click Import Expenses.
