May 2023 Release Notes

New features, updates, and fixes released in the month of May, 2023.

Time Survey beta release
- Time surveys can now be created and assigned from the Payroll page of Expenses on all Clarus distributions, allowing clients to specifically allocate time spent on research activities eligible for the R+D credit.
- Convert Time Survey entries to Payroll and Contractor entries on the expense tables.

Service Providers can no longer be added from the Coordinators tab of the Practice Management page. All requests to a add service provider to a distribution must now be submitted through TriNet's MyAccess.

Coordinator role can be toggled on/off from the edit modal on the Practice Management page. Only service providers with the coordinators tag will appear as options on the coordinator assignee list.
Request Revisions button been added to the Workflow page.
Service Providers can now notify multiple Team Members when Requesting Revisions during the Expert Review.
Improved Documents table to display longer filenames in the Uploaded Documents table.

W-2 Import issue fixed where the import would hang if an invalid file was uploaded.
