- Added the ability to record who verified project information with SME sign-off functionality.
- Added the ability to delete a Team Member.

- Improved the white-space handling when generating the PDF final report
- Updated the Summary page, project selection statement, to adjust if project tabulation is skipped.
Fixes
- Improved the alignment issue on the Eligible Projects table that occurred with a long project name.
- Fixed a minor issue when updating a Globally Allocated expense using the excel import.
